Frequently asked questions
What does an auto broker do?
An auto broker shops for a car on your behalf. We find the vehicle, contact dealers, negotiate the price and fees, and give you written out-the-door quotes. You still buy from a licensed dealer; we handle the searching and the haggling.
Do you only sell certain brands?
No. We aren't tied to any manufacturer or dealer group, so we can source any new vehicle sold in the US, plus used and certified pre-owned vehicles.
Can you help with a lease?
Yes. We compare leases on money factor, residual value, term, miles and total due at signing, so two offers are actually comparable.
What about my trade-in?
We keep the trade-in separate from the purchase, so a low trade value can't be hidden inside a lower sale price. You can also compare the dealer's offer with other buyers.
Where are you located?
610 Jerry Street Suite 200, Castle Rock, CO 80104. We work with buyers across Douglas County and the Denver metro, mostly by phone, text and email.
How do I start?
Fill out the three-step quote form at the top of any page, or call 303-731-6588.
Can you find used and certified pre-owned cars?
Yes. We search franchised dealers for used and certified pre-owned vehicles, and review the history report before you commit.
Do you handle out-of-state dealers?
If an out-of-state dealer has the car you want and the price makes sense after shipping or travel, we'll show you that option next to the local quotes.
Can you get a car that's on order or in transit?
Often, yes. Dealers have incoming allocations that don't appear on their websites yet. We ask about those directly.
What information do you need from me?
The make and model you want, trim and color preferences, whether you want to buy or lease, your timeline, and whether you have a trade-in.
